Responsibility
- Develop and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for oil & gas infrastructure, including foundations, roads, drainage systems, and utility layouts.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to integrate civil works with overall project objectives.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders and project managers.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of civil works.
- Implement quality control and assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and material usage.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and subcontractors to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the oil & gas, EPC, or heavy infrastructure sectors.
- Proven experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software, as well as proficiency in project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, ASTM, API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with potential travel to project locations as needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to effectively coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
