Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil construction projects for data centers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct on-site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting any risks or challenges.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
