Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in all construction activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on building construction and maintenance.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and environmental policies in Bali.
