Responsibility

  • Design and develop hydrological and hydraulic models for flood risk assessment, drainage systems, and water resource management projects.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, urban planners, and environmental specialists, to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements, constraints, and environmental impacts.
  • Perform technical calculations for stormwater management, erosion control, and sustainable infrastructure design.
  • Review and interpret geotechnical and topographical data to inform design decisions and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure projects adhere to Indonesian engineering standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases, including resolving design-related issues and conducting quality assurance checks.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil design, hydrology, or infrastructure projects, with a focus on water resource management or urban drainage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, or similar engineering software.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian engineering standards (SNI) and local regulations related to infrastructure development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and propose innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
