Responsibility
- Interpret and validate architectural and civil engineering drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.
- Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to optimize project timelines.
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve structural or design discrepancies.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on deliverables and adjustments.
- Enforce compliance with local building codes, permits, and company protocols.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Document progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali.
