Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project feasibility and sustainability.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to validate design integrity under various load conditions.
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical support to resolve on-site challenges.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by researching emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably recognized by the Board of Engineers Malaysia or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro.
- Knowledge of structural analysis principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
