Responsibility
- Manage and optimize chlorination processes to ensure consistent glove quality and performance.
- Monitor and adjust chemical dosages, temperatures, and processing times to meet product specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control tests and inspections to verify compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to chlorination equipment or processes to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to improve efficiency and product outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of chlorination parameters, test results, and process adjustments for traceability.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all chlorination activities.
- Train and supervise junior staff on chlorination procedures, safety measures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chlorination processes, preferably in the glove or rubber manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical handling, process control, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or other international regulatory standards for glove production.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using process control software and laboratory equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
