Responsibility
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine for 6–9 employees daily, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Oversee the cleanliness of employee dining and rest areas, adhering to company hygiene policies.
- Accommodate non-halal dietary requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute special meal events for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
- Assist in other kitchen-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chinese cuisine chef, preferably in a professional kitchen setting.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Ability to prepare non-halal dishes with cultural sensitivity.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic employee areas.
