Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital transactions.
- Provide detailed receipts and explain charges or packages clearly to customers.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handle customer inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions with confidence and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and cashier area.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve minor customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or retail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
