Responsibility

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital transactions.
  • Provide detailed receipts and explain charges or packages clearly to customers.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Handle customer inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions with confidence and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and cashier area.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Resolve minor customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or retail.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
