Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee floor operations, including seating arrangements, order accuracy, and service timing.
- Train and mentor new hires on service standards, beverage knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for beverages, especially premium and alcoholic selections, and coordinate restocking.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement service improvements and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing service area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role within hospitality (e.g., Restaurant, Bar, or Hotel).
- In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
