Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of service staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee floor operations, including seating arrangements, order accuracy, and service timing.
  • Train and mentor new hires on service standards, beverage knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels for beverages, especially premium and alcoholic selections, and coordinate restocking.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement service improvements and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing service area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role within hospitality (e.g., Restaurant, Bar, or Hotel).
  • In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
