Responsibility
- Lead and manage the corporate finance department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage investments, treasury operations, and risk management to safeguard the organization's financial assets.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
