Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new channel partners.
- Develop and implement enablement programs to equip partners with the tools, training, and resources needed for success.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align strategies and execute initiatives.
- Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in partner management.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess productivity and address challenges.
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or sales enablement, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portals is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
