Responsibility
- Promote and market motor financing products to potential customers in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Conduct field visits to engage with customers, explain financing options, and close sales.
- Monitor and manage customer payment schedules to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies.
- Follow up on overdue payments through phone calls, field visits, and negotiation to recover outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and collection activities using company systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies for improving sales and collection performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or financial collection (experience in motor financing or automotive industry is highly desirable).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with fieldwork and comfortable traveling to various locations in Bali.
- Basic understanding of financial products, credit processes, and collection techniques.
- Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, or laptops for reporting and customer management.
- Possess a valid driverâs license (motorcycle or car) and willingness to use it for fieldwork.
