Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in the financial sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on all initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving measurable growth in competitive markets.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
