Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the financial services sector.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and improve customer retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across all campaigns.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen partnerships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CMO, Head of Marketing, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in financial services, fintech, or banking marketing, with a deep understanding of B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in brand development, market research, and competitive analysis within the financial sector.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
