Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the financial services sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing leadership, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory environments.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
