As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact field marketing strategies, drive consumer engagement, and optimize in-store visibility. Your expertise will directly influence brand perception, sales performance, and market share growth across Bali’s vibrant communities, including Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in assigned territories.
- Oversee agency governance, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards.
- Lead merchandising excellence initiatives, including planogram execution, shelf placement, and promotional displays.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitive activity, consumer trends, and retail execution gaps.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align field marketing efforts with revenue targets and trade promotions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including market share, distribution coverage, and in-store compliance metrics.
- Train and mentor retail staff and agency partners on brand standards, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Identify opportunities for experiential marketing, sampling, and local activations to boost consumer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing agency relationships and merchandising execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with retail audit software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results in a dynamic environment.
