Responsibility

  • End-to-End Growth Ownership: Develop and execute high-impact acquisition strategies across paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok), organic channels, and performance marketing to hit aggressive KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze funnel metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify growth levers and A/B test hypotheses (landing pages, CTAs, ad creatives).
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative assets for paid social, search, and display campaigns.
  • Partnership & Affiliate Growth: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand reach cost-effectively.
  • SEO & Content Synergy: Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies with paid efforts, ensuring holistic visibility.
  • Tech-Enabled Scaling: Implement marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier) and CRM integrations to streamline lead nurturing.
  • Reporting & Insights: Present weekly/ monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion: Research and pilot new markets, channels, or audience segments to diversify acquisition sources.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a growth-focused role (B2B or B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech preferred).
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience managing RM 50M+ annual ad spend with measurable ROI improvements.
  • Analytical Mastery: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Paid Ads Certification: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads certification highly desired.
  • Full-Funnel Mindset: Experience with lead gen, email nurturing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with marketing tech stacks (e.g., CDPs, attribution tools) and basic HTML/CSS for landing pages.
  • Agile & Collaborative: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bali-Based: Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (or hold a valid remote work visa).
