Responsibility
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive profitability.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Optimize financial performance through cost management, revenue growth initiatives, and risk mitigation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of financial management, strategic planning, and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a global or multinational organization is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
