Responsibility
- Lead and supervise cashier team operations across multiple F&B outlets
- Oversee daily cash handling, reconciliation, and POS system management
- Train and mentor junior cashiers on company procedures and customer service
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily sales reports
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling policies and security protocols
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies professionally
- Coordinate with management on inventory tracking and sales data analysis
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient checkout environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier, with 1+ year in a leadership role
- Proven experience with POS systems in F&B or retail environments
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- High school diploma or equivalent required
