Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for improving profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure payroll processing, tax filings, and other statutory obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in the construction or trading industry is a plus.
