Responsibility
- Conduct complex chemical analyses on raw materials, packaging, and finished healthcare products.
- Maintain and calibrate sophisticated laboratory equipment including HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
- Develop and validate new analytical methods to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all laboratory activities and test results in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Perform stability testing and shelf-life studies for new and existing product formulations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate any out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Ensure the laboratory environment meets all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Chemist with a valid PRC license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of analytical chemistry and laboratory instrumentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO quality management systems.
