Responsibility
- Design, execute, and analyze in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of novel cancer immunotherapies.
- Develop and optimize experimental protocols, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including molecular biologists, immunologists, and data scientists, to interpret results and drive project progression.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and findings in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines.
- Mentor junior research associates and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cancer immunotherapy and in vivo research methodologies.
- Prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders and at scientific conferences.
- Contribute to the writing of research papers, grant proposals, and patent applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or a related field with a focus on in vivo research.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in conducting in vivo studies, preferably in the field of oncology or immunology.
- Proven expertise in animal handling, surgical techniques, and experimental design.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific data clearly and concisely.
- Experience working in a GLP-compliant environment and familiarity with regulatory requirements for preclinical research.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals is highly desirable.
