Responsibility
- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis using advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers.
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of test results, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with GMP/GLP guidelines.
- Assist in the development and validation of new testing methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and R&D, to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free laboratory environment.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or analytical laboratory setting, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and pH meters.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and other regulatory standards in chemical production.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
