Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the chemical industry.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and industrial buyers, to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
