Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure maximum yield and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production lines.
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with DOLE and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Supervise equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to facilitate the scaling of new chemical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Valid PRC License for Chemical Engineers is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial chemical safety standards and quality management systems (ISO).
- Proficiency in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if necessary.
