Responsibility

  • Manage the daily operations of the hot and cold kitchen stations with precision.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and supervise junior kitchen staff and commis chefs to ensure consistent high-quality output.
  • Assist in the creative development and testing of new seasonal menu items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure freshness and stock availability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times (HACCP compliance).
  • Ensure efficient communication between the kitchen brigade and front-of-house staff for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • Strong technical expertise in both hot and cold culinary production.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
