Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and provide training to staff on best practices.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and upgrades.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman A4 license recognized by the Indonesian government.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
