Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and resellers to drive sales and market penetration.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s reach in target markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategies.
- Conduct regular training and enablement sessions for partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with channel partners to maximize profitability.
- Resolve partner inquiries and escalations promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing channel partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its distribution channels is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
