Join Harrisma as a Channel Account Manager in Bali and drive the growth of our IT distribution network across the region. This role focuses on expanding our market presence by building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners (Master Dealers/Dealers) and project-based partners (System Integrators/Resellers).

As a key player in our sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, negotiate strategic partnerships, and ensure the seamless distribution of our cutting-edge IT products. Your expertise in channel management and deep understanding of the IT market will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.

Based in one of Bali’s dynamic business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional growth. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of IDR 12M–18M per month, plus performance-based incentives.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s IT product distribution network in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Master Dealers, Dealers, System Integrators, and Resellers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and partner engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, IT distribution, or B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT products, distribution channels, and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel within Bali as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
