Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the qualification of new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company strategies and client needs.
- Develop and refine Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, tailoring content to highlight Lexmark’s competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to generate accurate pricing models and quotes for potential deals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with deal progress, client interactions, and pipeline forecasts.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, contracts, and proposals for high-value clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of deals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or printing solutions industry.
- Proven ability to manage RFP processes and develop persuasive, client-focused proposals.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in pricing strategies and deal structuring.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
