Responsibility
- Operate hydraulic excavators and related heavy machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Conduct hands-on technical training for new operators, ensuring compliance with TESDA NC II competencies.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to plan and execute earth-moving, excavation, and material-handling tasks efficiently.
- Document operational activities, training progress, and equipment status for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Mentor trainees in workplace safety, equipment handling, and troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Ensure all operations align with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a zero-accident culture.
Qualifications
- TESDA NC II Certification in Hydraulic Excavator Operation (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating hydraulic excavators in construction or mining sectors.
- Proven ability to train and assess trainees in heavy equipment operation (preferred).
- Strong understanding of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and PPE requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for training and reporting.
- Physical fitness to handle prolonged operation hours and outdoor working conditions.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates).
