Responsibility
- Conduct theoretical and practical driving lessons for motorcars, motorcycles, or heavy vehicles in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and adapt customized training programs to suit individual student needs, learning styles, and skill levels.
- Assess student performance through written tests, road evaluations, and practical exams, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure all training vehicles and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and operational before each session.
- Educate students on defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and road safety best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and certification status.
- Collaborate with the training team to update curriculum materials and incorporate new regulations or technologies.
- Promote a positive, patient, and professional learning environment to build student confidence.
Qualifications
- Valid driving instructor certification (local or internationally recognized) for motorcars, motorcycles, or heavy vehicles.
- Minimum 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Proven ability to teach, mentor, and communicate effectively in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle mechanics, and safety protocols.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education and road safety.
- First Aid/CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern training tools (e.g., simulators, e-learning platforms) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate student schedules.
