Responsibility
- Operate 150T and 280T crawler cranes safely and efficiently in compliance with JKKP and OSHA standards.
- Perform heavy lift operations, including tandem lifts, critical lifts, and precision placements of structural components.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure crane reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with rigging teams to plan and execute complex lifting sequences, including load calculations and risk assessments.
- Interpret lift plans, blueprints, and engineering drawings to determine optimal crane positioning and load handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, including hours, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE requirements, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior operators and ground crew as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid JKKP certification as a Crawler Crane Operator (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating 150T/280T crawler cranes in heavy lift or construction environments.
- Proven expertise in tandem lifts, critical lifts, and precision load placements.
- Strong understanding of crane load charts, rigging principles, and lift planning.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, or equivalent safety standards for crane operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, lift plans, and technical manuals.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks in outdoor environments, including climbing and manual handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
