Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (MIPA focus: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry).
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student performance through exams, projects, and continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to foster a strong school community.
- Utilize digital and traditional teaching tools to create an interactive learning experience.
- Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum changes and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field (Masterās preferred).
- Valid Cambridge International Teaching Certification (e.g., CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in an international or Cambridge-affiliated school.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Moodle).
- Passion for student-centered learning and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (work visa sponsorship provided for qualified candidates).
