Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ceramic products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Present and demonstrate product features to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the ceramic, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail and hospitality market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to Solo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
