Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, including project management, data analysis, and progress tracking.
- Conduct research and compile insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain organized records of corporate documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor presentations, and other high-level engagements.
- Take initiative in identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant, management trainee, or similar role, preferably in real estate or a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive results.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
