Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the Active Ageing Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement programs and activities that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for seniors.
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to enhance the centre's services and outreach.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Manage the centre's budget, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the centre, seniors, their families, and the broader community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, senior care, or community services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by seniors, with a passion for improving their quality of life.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in program development, budget management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community partners, and government agencies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
