Responsibility
- Transport goods, materials, and documents between company branches and designated locations efficiently and safely.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of items, adhering to scheduled routes and delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, logs, and any discrepancies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, branch managers, and clients to provide updates and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by providing courteous and professional service at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding regions.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
