Responsibility
- Oversee daily food and beverage production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement cost-effective production strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize budget utilization.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and profitable menu items that align with guest preferences and market trends.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and minimize waste to maintain optimal cost ratios.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a high-performance team culture and drive operational excellence.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align production goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage production, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing production costs, achieving revenue targets, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Experience in menu development, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software for production planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
