Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive wedding catering revenue in Baliâs competitive market.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with wedding planners, venues, and high-net-worth clients.
- Design and present customized catering proposals, menus, and packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, marketing) to deliver seamless wedding experiences.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Represent Voco at industry events, bridal fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, or wedding planning, preferably in a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of the wedding industry, including trends, client expectations, and vendor partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
