Responsibility
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other reporting tools to support inventory management.
- Conduct Days of Stock (DOS) Analysis to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Generate regular reports on stock performance, trends, and forecasts for management review.
- Assist in category planning by analyzing sales data, market trends, and supplier performance.
- Support the implementation of inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control for inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to the planning team, including data entry, documentation, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory planning, category management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus.
