Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of customer development strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Manage trade investment activities, including budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize category assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, internal teams, and senior management.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on category performance, trade investments, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or retail execution.
- Proven track record in managing trade investments and customer development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
