Responsibility
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Tealive’s brand standards, hygiene protocols, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with the management team on staff scheduling, promotions, and outlet improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in stock control, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage to optimize costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields is advantageous.
