Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive STEM lessons to children of various age groups.
- Guide students through hands-on activities involving robotics, coding, and technology.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Prepare and organize materials and equipment for STEM classes.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and improve lesson plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive classroom environment at all times.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Passion for STEM education and working with children.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with young learners is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of coding, robotics, or technology-related subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and able to inspire young minds.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
