Responsibility
- Supervise and monitor cashier performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Oversee cash handling, including deposits, reconciliations, and fund management.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to store management.
- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets by motivating the cashier team and implementing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Train and onboard new cashiers, providing guidance on company systems and customer service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashiering area to uphold a professional store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashiering or retail supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with experience in cash handling and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or finance are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
