Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and check for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a positive and solution-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (cashier, waitress, or hospitality).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in busy settings.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales.
- Neat, presentable appearance and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
