Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
