Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and digital transactions.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
