Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, following company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee-making skills and product knowledge.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering consistent quality and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
